Custodian. You may not like the idea of this one, but it can make you loads of money for relatively little amount of work. Here is what you need to do: make a list of all the professionals you know that work in a small office (real estate agents, lawyers, accountants, chiropractors, dentists, masseuses, etc.). Ask them if they have someone who cleans their offices, and if so, how much. For simply vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the bathroom, and taking out the trash, you could make a fair amount of money. You don’t have to do it alone either; take a friend or a sibling, get it done in half the time and split the check.
Landscaping can also be a Saturday job. Your clients might be people around your neighborhood who are too busy or elderly and need help mowing the lawn and pulling the weeds.
Referees are often needed on weekends to manage tournaments or little league games. Visit your city parks and recreation department to ask if they need any help with weekend events.
Window Washers are surprisingly well-employed. You can offer your services to businesses or residences. You may need some tools to get started, but send out some feelers and see if you can get a list of clients before buying everything.
